Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Gemorah Global Ventures, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Select health and personal care items
  • Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card company; it may take some time before the refund posts.
  • Contact your bank; there may be processing delays.
  • Still no refund? Please contact us at {info@gemorah.org}.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds—only regular-priced items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
